When should you come in?
You can see an osteopath at any point in your pregnancy, starting from the first trimester. Consultations are especially recommended in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, to prepare the pelvis for delivery and relieve pain linked to the baby's weight.
Gentle, adapted techniques
All techniques used are gentle, adapted and safe for both mother and baby. Treatment mainly focuses on the mobility of the pelvis, spine and diaphragm to improve comfort and prepare for childbirth.
